This is an example of a ProPhoto “Slideshow” gallery. It is fully retina-display capable, customizeable, full-screen-able, and looks great on all devices. On tablets and smartphones you can also swipe left and right to navigate. Slideshow galleries can also optionally play music, and link to 3rd party proofing sites. Creating a Slideshow gallery is dead simple, too. Just upload a batch of images, click once to create a new ProPhoto gallery from those images, and click again to insert as a Slideshow gallery.
